Bin Stores

As you may know we have had issues witht he bin stores in the development mainly as a result of residents dumping waste from renovations and bulky waste which is not permitted in the development.

We have now installed additional CCTV in the bin stores and where waste has been dumped that is not allowed we will arrange recovery and re-charge the costs (with an adminitration fee) to the resident using the facial recognition system to discover who has dumped the waste.

Also anyone dumping waste in outsite the bin stores and gates will also be tracked and an admin fee will be charged for the clean up.

This type of behaviour is not accetable and will not be tollerated on the site, it is causing a health and safety hazzard as well as making it difficult for everyone to use the facilities.

Please note we did issue codes for the bin stores to each individual via Akuvox Smart Plus so you will have the code for the recycling bin store and the block bin store which you belong to. Please do not use other bin stores that are not part of your block.
