Car Park Stairwell Enhacements

As we have secured the stairwells to the basements to make these safer for residents we are now renovating these to make them more welcoming. We have started by painting the walls and putting new anti-slip acrylic flooring on the stairwells rather than plain concrete.

We have also purchased new light fittings to enhance the illumination of the stairwells - these will be installed as we progress through each of the stairwells.

The floor covering we are using does take a day to dry so we do appreciate your patience as we progress with these works.
