New Access Control & Intercom

We have made our site safer for everyone...

You may have noticed we have upgraded the site to make it more secure. We have installed new intercom access readers that allow residents to access the site using the following mechanisms:

• App access - simply load up the app and press "open door"
• Near Field Access - if you have an Android device and have installed the app then simply hold your phone up to the reader and it will open
• Bluetooth Access - once the app is installed enable BLE and you will be able to open the door when you walk up to it provided your bluetooth has been registered with the system
• Facial Recognition - If you open the app and go to Me -> Authorisation -> Facial Recognition you can use the setup tool to enable facial recognition access
• Simple Phone Access - we can load your phone number into the system so when you ring the apartment it will come through as a call on your phone and you can press * to open the door
• Concierge Access - if you cannot get in with the above you can call concierge from any of the devices and we can verify your ID and allow you access

If you have guests or deliveries you can send them a temporary key which will come through as a QR Code that they can hold up to the camera which will allow temporary access.
